Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what this app ("the app") collects, why, and your choices. The app is operated by sthreelabs LLC.
Information we collect
- Account. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your verified email address — used to manage your account and to prevent duplicate accounts across sign-in methods. You also choose a username, and may add a country and avatar.
- Content you create. Posts, comments, and photos you share in the app's community features.
- Purchases. Your in-app subscription and purchase entitlements. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we store what you own, not your payment details. Merchandise orders are processed by Shopify; we store order attribution to credit your account.
- Location. If you check in at an event or sort dates by distance, the app uses your device location for that feature only. It is not used to track you and is not stored as a location history.
- Device. A push-notification token so we can send you notifications you've enabled.
- Security signals. Anti-fraud and app-integrity signals (e.g., device attestation) to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
How we use it
- Operate the app and your account; deliver content, event info, and notifications you enable.
- Run purchases, subscriptions, and merchandise attribution.
- Keep the community safe (moderation) and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Respond to support requests.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. The app contains no third-party ad or tracking SDKs.
Who we share with
Service providers that run the app act as processors on our behalf: Apple and Google (sign-in, payments, notifications), Cloudflare (hosting), and Shopify (merchandise). We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
Your rights and choices
- Access / export. Request a copy of your data from the app's Settings.
- Deletion. Delete your account from Settings — this removes your account and associated data, including linked sign-in identities and your content, subject to limited records we must retain by law.
- Notifications & location. Manage these in your device settings at any time.
Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the app, then delete or anonymize it, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
International users
The app is operated from the United States; by using it you understand your information is processed there. Where applicable law grants you rights to access, correct, or delete your data, the in-app export and deletion tools above are how you exercise them, or contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, noted in the app.
